Noel Jeremy

Noel is a multi-skilled member of the GRC team. He has taught Piano/Keyboard and Percussion here for some 8 years.

Accompaniment :- A rare qualification as a piano accompanist and the ability to play any style makes him sought after for HSC exams, AMEB exams and various concerts held by the GRC.

Percussion:- Noel teaches drum kit in contemporary styles. Rudiments, listening, reading writing, beats, fills, independence and creativity.  “Percussion is an excellent addition for any music student to improve the rhythmic element of their playing.”

Technology:- During many years at TAFE Noel has taught technology subjects; such as electronic music and recording.  New to the GRC is the exciting prospect for any student, vocal or instrumental, to record to CD with Noel as accompanist.

Song Writing:-  Popular song writing courses bring insight and experience to your craft.  These inspiring sessions run for one term and cover lyric writing, melodies and harmony structures through to arranging. They focus on the simplicity that is possible and the fact that anyone can compose. Previous musical training is desirable.
