Wanda Kower

Wanda Kower is a versatile tutor for the Goulburn Regional Conservatorium who teaches strings, classical guitar, piano, keyboards and musicianship.  In the past, Wanda has had associations with a Polish Folkloric Band and Dance Group in which she played the mandolin and violin. She has worked as piano accompanist for ballet classes and school musicals and worked extensively playing violin for musical societies. Wanda has studied Musicianship under Dulcie Holland and Eric Gross. Through the years, Wanda has played in many different orchestras. Her interests include chamber music, composition, dance and theatre. Wanda has extensive studio teaching experience. She holds an Associate Diploma of Music Teaching and Certificate of Accreditation from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music as well as Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. Wanda also has experience in teaching English and music to classes of young Korean students. Wanda is particularly interested in teaching the art of Violin Playing as well as piano and is striving to prevent the art of Classical Guitar playing from becoming a dying art.
